The entertainment should start with your guest arriving at the ceremony and continue right through to the last song of your reception.

Using our discreet, sound system and with our extensive music knowledge, we will work with you to create the perfect mix of songs that reflect who you are and set the tone for the day to come.

Meet our Wedding Celebrant Craig

Hi, I’m Craig, a good-humoured, fun and creative celebrant who doesn’t take himself too seriously.  I promise this will be the only time it is ‘all about me’, but while you’re deciding whether you want me standing by your side on what will be one of the biggest days of your lives, here’s a little bit of what I am all about…

I’m 45 years old and live in Giffnock on the Southside of Glasgow with my wife, our 6-year-old son and our 4-year-old daughter, who keep us highly entertained and constantly on our toes!  I love being outdoors; I’m a sun worshipper and will have a barbeque and drinks with friends at any given opportunity.  I am obsessed with buying anything ‘techy’, and the Amazon delivery man has dropped off so many parcels over the years that we are now on first-name terms!  Halloween and Christmas are my favourite times of the year (even without the sun!) as it means I can let my creativity flow and spend weeks (much to my wife’s amusement) decorating the house for everyone to enjoy.

During my time as a wedding DJ (and Master of Ceremonies), I met a lot of fantastic celebrants, and I was intrigued to explore what being a celebrant actually meant and entailed.   This leads me down the eventual path of becoming a celebrant with TLC.  Luckily, I knew a few celebrants already, some of whom I have been great friends with since I started in the wedding industry.  They always talked very highly of the TLC faith, and they kindly put me in touch with TLC Celebrants.  We chatted, and I quickly realised we shared the same dedication and enthusiasm for weddings.  As a TLC celebrant, you can be assured that your wedding ceremony will be far from ‘ordinary’ and that I always treat each wedding with the same level of detail and respect that I would expect from my own (and then some!).

I’m offering a free, no-obligation face-to-face meeting for all questions.  Feeling comfortable with the person who will be trusted with your day is essential. During our meeting, I can discuss your day in more detail, including your likes and dislikes and anything you would like to incorporate into your ceremony.  During our meeting, we will get to know each other better, and I will clearly understand your exact vision for your big day. I’m positive you will feel more relaxed, knowing you’ve found your perfect celebrant.  Nothing is too much trouble – it is your day, and I want to ensure it is exactly as you want it to be!

The ceremony was wonderful, you are with your photographer getting the perfect shots. All your guests are having a great time, listening to carefully selected music chosen to entertain and suit your wedding, whilst they are catching up. The venue team are working hard behind the scenes and your Master of Ceremonies is on hand for anything you need while mingling and getting to know your friends and family.

Wedding Breakfast & Speeches

Picture your friends and family sat down at their tables, eagerly awaiting your arrival. As your guests stand up and the music kicks in, we start by individually introducing your top table.

Now it’s time for them to welcome you. What better way than have your nearest and dearest  cheer and applause as you make your first grand entrance as a married couple.

You’ve taken your seats, now it is time for the speeches. As your Master of Ceremonies, we start proceedings by welcoming your first speaker to the mic.

Evening Reception

Your Evening Reception

You are having a perfect day; the speeches were great, the wedding breakfast was delicious and the room has been transformed for your evening reception. Everything has gone just as we planned together. We gather your guests around the dancefloor and everyone is ready for one of the days biggest spotlight moments, your first dance. Introducing you both onto the dance floor,  Using the big intro we planned, the music starts and everyone goes wild as you enter the room!

With everyone you love around you, we welcome you to the dance floor for the first time as a married couple. After the first dance, your guests will all join you on the floor and party continues with the music you and your guests love! Whether it’s family favourites, party classics or old skool anthems. We have gotten to know you and you have used our online playlist planner, all that’s left to do is enjoy yourself!
